Narrative:

On Saturday March 8, 2014 the Dover Police Department arrested brothers Terrance Willaford, age 22, and Christopher Gartner-Hunter, age 25, for having an unlawful sexual relationship with the female victim who was 14 years old.  The investigation revealed that between the dates of January 15, 2014 to March 8, 2014, both defendants were found to have had numerous sexual encounters with the victim.  Both men were processed and arraigned at JP# 7 and committed to the James T. Vaughn Correction Center in default of secured bond.

Narrative:

On Friday March 7, 2014, Dover Police responded to a complaint of a theft from a residence in the unit block of Kent Ave, Dover, De.  The investigation revealed that between the hours of approximately 1:30 pm to approximately 6:15 pm, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s residence and removed two guns which consisted of a 9mm Beretta pistol and a hunting rifle.  The suspect also stole the victims Kindle Fire HD tablet, a home entertainment system and an undisclosed amount of money.  The investigation is still ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Dover Police Department at (302)736-7111.  Callers may remain anonymous.  Tips can also be submitted to law enforcement through tip lines maintained by Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333 or on-line at www.tipsubmit.com.
