Location: Parking Lot of Private Business on Bay Road, Dover, DE

Narrative:

Three people were arrested Tuesday morning after officers from the Dover Police Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime Unit observed a drug transaction during a narcotics investigation.  While officers were conducting an investigation they observed Yvonne Adkins (28) and Joshua Poore (33) conduct a narcotics purchase with Robert Sale (33).  Shortly after the transaction, officers conducted a traffic stop and took all three subjects into custody without incident.  Poore was found to be in possession of 8 bags of heroin.  Yvonne Adkins was found to be in possession of 7 bags of heroin and 7 Clonazepan pills.  Robert Sale was in possession of $1,246.00 cash.  All three subjects were processed at the Dover Police Department and arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 7.

Update:
Deneque Dunham, 39, was arrested late Thursday night after turning herself in to the Dover Police Department.  Dunham was questioned by detectives and arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 7 where she was released on $21,000 unsecured bond.

Location: 100 Block of Ann Avenue, Dover, DE

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department is seeking a 39-year-old Dover woman in connection with an early morning home invasion and assault of an elderly man.  At approximately 9:20AM, Deneque Dunham (39) knocked on the residence of a 76-year-old man.  The victim knows the suspect because she had previously been hired to clean his residence.  When the victim refused entry to Dunham, she went to the back door and attempted to enter the residence there.  The victim and Dunham had a confrontation, leading to Dunham throwing the man to the ground outside of his residence.  Dunham then entered the residence and stole medication and the victim’s wallet with an undisclosed amount of cash and various cards.  Dunham exited the rear door and was involved in another altercation with the victim, that led to Dunham throwing him to the ground once more.  The victim suffered lacerations to his mouth, arms, and legs but refused medical treatment.

-Robbery 1st Degree
-Home Invasion
-Assault 2nd Degree
