Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department arrested a 20-year-old man on drug charges as the result of a traffic stop on Monday morning.  At approximately 3:24AM, Tynik Sanders was stopped for an equipment violation on a vehicle he was operating in the area of White Oak Road and Halsey Drive.  Further investigation during the stop led to the discovery of 130 grams of marijuana, 2.5 grams of Psilocybin (mushrooms), and drug paraphernalia. 

Sanders was taken into custody without incident and released from the Justice of the Peace Court 7 on an O.R. bond on the following offenses:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-Possession of Tier 1 Qty of Mushrooms
-Drug Paraphernalia
-Traffic Offense

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department arrested Wesley Batson (22) on Sunday afternoon for a burglary at Loockerman Square Apartments.  An officer working an extra duty assignment patrolling the complex observed a door propped open that had been secured during a previous patrol.  The officer heard music coming from the unoccupied business suite and observed a rear window get broken while waiting for backup officers to arrive.  Once the officers entered the suite, they located Batson inside of the unit and took him into custody without incident. 

Batson was committed to SCI on a $2,100 secured bond on the following offenses:
-Burglary 3rd Degree
-Criminal Mischief
