Narrative:
Dover Police arrested a Dover woman early Thursday morning for drug possession during a traffic stop. Amanda Reihl (19), was stopped in her vehicle at 12:13AM near on West Division Street at South Governors Avenue for a motor vehicle violation. As officers approached the vehicle, they detected a strong odor of raw marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of 15.6 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and 5 tablets of Vyvanse, a schedule II controlled substance. Reihls was arrested without incident and released on an unsecured bond after being charged with the following crimes:
-Possession of Marijuana
-Possession of a Controlled Substance with Aggravating Factor
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
-Traffic Offenses
