Narrative:

The Dover Police Department responded to a home in the 100 Block of Cherry Street at 2:13AM on Wednesday for a stabbing.  Officers located a 44-year-man who had been stabbed twice in the abdomen area.  The victim was transported to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital where he underwent surgery for his wounds.  The victim is currently admitted but is in stable condition.  Through witness cooperation and investigative work, detectives were able to identify Tyrone Guinn (31) as the suspect.  Guinn also threatened a witness in the home where the incident occurred and stole that persons cell phone and ID, fleeing before police arrived.

At 10:00AM on Wednesday, officers with the First State Fugitive Task Force located Tyrone Guinn walking on Cherry Street.  Guinn was taken into custody without incident.
Guinn was committed to JTVCC on $53,100 secured bond on the following charges:
-Assault 1st Degree
-Terroristic Threatening
-Theft Under $1500.00
-Criminal Trespass 1st
