Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 39-year-old man. Jimmy Klein was last seen leaving his residence in the 800 Block of Paul Street at approximately 9:00PM. Klein has a condition that if improperly treated, may pose a risk to his health and safety. Klein was described as 5’7″ tall, approx. 160 lbs., green eyes, long brown hair, long brown beard, and last seen wearing a gray flannel jacket, blue jeans, and work boots

The Dover Police Department Planning and Training Unit has announced that the closing date for Police Applicants will be on Friday, March 23rd, 2018 at 3:00PM. Narrative:
The Dover Police Department is investigating an armed robbery of a pizza delivery driver on Thursday night. At approximately 11:29PM, officers responded to the parking lot of Country Village Apartments and contacted the 27-year-old male victim. The victim advised that he was approached by a male suspect in the parking lot who demanded money from him when he displayed a handgun. The victim complied and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 5’4″, 160 pounds, and wearing a black beanie, green hooded sweatshirt, dark jeans, and light-colored sneakers. The suspect was also described as being young, approximately 15 years of age, according the victim.

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department and Delaware State Police assisted Delaware Probation and Parole officers with an administrative search warrant on Thursday evening. At approximately 6:34PM, officers conducted the search at a room at the Sleep Inn, located at 1784 N. DuPont Highway. The room belonged to Michael Grabowski (37). Ashley Deel (26) was in the room at the time of the search. As a result of the search, a total of 1,043 bags of heroin, 3 doses of Suboxone, and drug paraphernalia was seized.
Michael Grabowski was committed to JTVCC in default of $53,000 bond on the following charges by the Dover Police Department:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin
-Possession of Heroin (tier 5)
-Drug Paraphernalia
-Possession of Controlled Substance
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree Grabowski was also charged with additional offenses by the Delaware State Police.

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department, assisted by the State of Delaware Probation and Parole, arrested five people on Wednesday afternoon, concluding a lengthy drug investigation. Officers executed a search warrant at 2:30PM at 43 S. Kirkwood Street. As a result, 233 bags of heroin, .1 grams of crack cocaine, .3 grams of cocaine, 7 grams of marijuana, and a loaded .32 caliber handgun were seized and the following persons were charged.
Lisa Skinner (41), Timothy Morefield (31), and Jackie Troise (35) were each issued a criminal summons for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Photos are not available.

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department is investigating a stabbing of a 28-year-old man on Tuesday night. The incident occurred at approximately 11:10PM when the victim was walking to his vehicle in the alley of Sussex Avenue. While walking to his vehicle, an unknown male suspect approached from behind and stabbed the victim in the left shoulder and fled the area. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries.

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime Unit arrested two people following a drug investigation on Thursday, January 11th. Officers attempted to contact Russel Thomas (28) in the parking lot of the Dover Downs hotel, when he fled on foot. Officers quickly apprehended him and Kimberly Havelow (28), who was inside of their hotel room at the time of the incident. Search warrants were obtained and executed on the hotel room that Thomas and Havelow were staying in, as well as Thomas’ vehicle. As a result of the investigation, Thomas was found in possession of 351 bags of Fentanyl (2.457 grams), 2,158 bags of heroin (15.016 grams), 4.2 grams of cocaine, 2 grams of marijuana, and a loaded 22 caliber handgun. Havelow was found in possession of 45 bags of heroin.
