Six Arrested at Stoney Drive Residence on Drug and Firearms Charges 8-16-18

Narrative: 

Six people were arrested on a variety of drug and weapons charges during a search warrant on Wednesday morning.  At approximately 11:15AM, officers from the Dover Police Department and Delaware Probation and Parole conducted a search warrant at 63 Stoney Drive concluding a 2-month drug investigation.  As officers approached the residence, they observed Michele Machado  exiting the home.  Machado was quickly taken into custody and found to be in possession of .2 grams of crack cocaine she just purchased at the home.  

Once inside the home, five additional people were taken into custody.  During a search of the home, officers located 24.1 grams of crack cocaine, 16.5 grams of marijuana, 4 loaded handguns, multiple rounds of ammunition, and drug paraphernalia.

-Conspiracy 3rd Degree

 

Larry Harris was committed to JTVCC in default of $5,100 bond on the following charges:

-Possession of Marijuana
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
-Tampering with Evidence
-Violation of Probation

 

 

 

Derek Johnson was committed to JTVCC in default of $57,200 bond on the following charges:

-Conspiracy 3rd Degree
-Possession of Marijuana

Katherine Howard was released on $4,500 unsecured bond on the following charges:-Possession of Ammunition by Person Prohibited
-Maintaining a Drug Property
-Conspiracy 3rd Degree

Michele Machado was released on $700 unsecured bond on the following charges:
-Possession of Crack Cocaine
-Drug Paraphernalia
-Conspiracy 3rd Degree

 

Dewayne Scott (17) was charged with possession of marijuana and Conspiracy 3rd Degree.  Scott was turned over to his parent/guardian.
