A Day In Their Boots Event Page

Learn what it takes to be a first responder in Delaware and the challenges they face by joining the Dover Police Athletic League on Wednesday, July 13th from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the Delaware State Fire School.  This program is being hosted by the Delaware State Fire School, Dover Police P.A.L., the Dover Fire Department, Kent County Department of Public Safety, and Saint Francis EMS.  There is no cost to attend, but children ages 5-10 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.  Lunch will be provided to all participants by event sponsor North Dover Chick-Fil-A.  A minimum of 30 participants is required for this program to take place.  Registration form can be found at the link below.  Parents/Guardians will have to sign a liability waiver after registration.
