DART Bus Station Robbery 11-22-2013

Narrative:

On Friday, November 22, 2013 at approximately 1:37 p.m., Defendants Phillip Washington and Quiton Henry approached the victim at the DART bus station located at West Water Street and South Queen Street and demanded money from him while implying that they had a gun.  The defendants snatched the victim’s wallet from his hands and broke his chain attaching it to his pants.  The victim’s wallet contained $10.00 and personal identifying articles.  The defendants were apprehended a short distance away at the rear of Courtney Square Center and were found to be in possession of the victim’s wallet and money.  All items were returned to the victim.
