Location:  820 Carvel Drive, Apt. A (Maintenance)

Narrative:
On Saturday, December 22, officers from the Dover Police Department responded to the Towne Point Apartment complex for a reported burglary to the maintenance building.  Sometime between Friday, December 21st at 5:00PM and Saturday, December 22nd at 5:00PM, an unknown suspect broke a glass window to the building and entered.  Once inside, the suspect removed various power tools and fled out of the same window.  Anyone with any information should contact the Dover Police Department at 302-736-7111.  You may also submit an anonymous tip with Delaware Crime Stoppers by phone at: 1-800-847-3333 or online at:  http://delaware.crimestoppersweb.com/

Incident #: 50-13-34944     Date/Time: Sat, Dec. 21, 2013 b/t 11:00PM-6:00AM

Location:  Cozy Kitchen Bar & Grill  (913 S. Dupont Hwy., Dover, DE)

Narrative:  On Sunday, December 22, the Dover Police Department responded to the Cozy Kitchen Bar and Grill for a burglary call.  The owners advised that sometime between 11:00PM on December 21st and 6:00AM on December 22nd, a rock was used to break open a window to the business.  Once the suspect(s) were inside, they stole an undisclosed amount of change from a cash register and fled.  Anyone with any information should contact the Dover Police Department at 302-736-7111.  You may also submit an anonymous tip with Delaware Crime Stoppers by phone at: 1-800-847-3333 or online at:  http://delaware.crimestoppersweb.com/

Location:  319 West Division Street, Dover, DE

Narrative:
On December 19, 2013,  at 5:30AM, a 75 year old male victim was walking through the parking lot of Delaware Auto, when he was approached by a female suspect asking for gas money.  The suspect, later identified as Donna Hendricks (DOB: 04-24-1969/44), then struck the victim in the face several times, took the victims wallet, and fled the area.  Donna Hendricks was later arrested and committed to the Department of Corrections.
