Location:  1215 South State Street, Dover, DE

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department is currently investigating an armed robbery that took place on Saturday, January 25th at 9:29AM.  The incident took place at Walgreen’s (1215 South State Street) when an unknown black male suspect entered the business and displayed a firearm to an employee.  The suspect forced the employee to open the cash register and removed an undisclosed amount of cash.  The suspect then fled towards the rear of Walgreen’s into the Carol’s Corner Shopping Center.  The suspect may have fled in a green Cadillac Deville with tinted windows.  Anyone with any information should contact the Dover Police Department at 302-736-7111.  You may also submit an anonymous tip with Delaware Crime Stoppers by phone at: 1-800-847-3333 or online at:  http://delaware.crimestoppersweb.com

Suspect Description: Black Male, Medium Complexion, 5’9″-6’0″, red hooded sweatshirt and red sweatpants with an unknown brand of hiking shoes/boots.

Incident #: 50-14-01967     Date/Time: Friday, January 24, 2014 at 12:00PM

Location:  1030 South Governors Avenue, Apt. 1, Dover

Narrative: The Dover Police Department Criminal Investigations Unit is seeking Khalil Hanzer (DOB: 10-24-1993) in connection with a residential burglary that took place on Friday, January 24th at 12:00PM.  Hanzer kicked in the front door to the victims apartment, damaging the lock and jamb.  Once inside, Hanzer ransacked the victim’s bedroom and removed a large amount of women’s clothing, footwear, a 60″ Vizio TV, and an Xbox 360 game console.  Hanzer was also observed by a neighbor removing the items from the residence and placing them inside of a gray colored mini-van.  Anyone with any information should contact the Dover Police Department at 302-736-7111.  You may also submit an anonymous tip with Delaware Crime Stoppers by phone at: 1-800-847-3333 or online at:  http://delaware.crimestoppersweb.com
