Narrative:
On Saturday September 20, 2014 the Dover Police Department responded to a residence in the 300 block of Cecil Street for a burglary at that location. The investigation revealed that at approximately 4:00 am William Pendleton Jr. unlawfully entered the residence wearing a disguise. While Pendleton Jr. was inside of the house he offensively touched the juvenile victim, and then fled the residence after she challenged him. A short time later Pendleton Jr. turned himself into the Dover Police Department, where he was processed and arraigned at JP#7. Pendleton Jr. was committed to the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of a $3,000.00 secured bond.
