Narrative:
The Dover Police Department responded to a carjacking that occurred just before 11:00PM on Tuesday night at the Dover Downs Casino. According to the 24 year old male victim, he gave a ride to an unknown male suspect from the Dover Applebee’s to Dover Downs. Once they arrived, the suspect put what was believed to be a handgun against the victims head and stated he was taking the motorcycle. The suspect, described as a black male with a beard, 5’9″ medium build, and in his 30’s; drove the motorcycle out of Dover Downs and northbound on North DuPont Highway as the victim ran inside the casino for help. The motorcycle was recovered by police in the area of he Dover Mall.
