Incident #: 50-15-7885 Date/Time: B/T Friday, March 27th and Monday, March 30th
Location:
Five businesses inside of Treadway Towers, 9 East Loockerman Street, Dover, Delaware
Narrative:
The Dover Police Department is investigating five burglaries within the Treadway Towers complex located at 9 East Loockerman Street. Between 5:00PM on Friday, March 27th and 7:00AM on Monday, March 30th an unknown suspect(s) entered the Treadway Towers complex by unknown means. Once inside, the forced their way into several businesses by forcing open their main office doors. The following businesses were broken into:
-Christopher Asay Massage
-Delaware Grange Mutual Insurance Co.
-Tranquil Spirit Massage
-Ancient Way Massage
-The Delaware Boys and Girls Club
Once inside of the businesses, the suspect(s) removed an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the area. Location: Queen Street and Cecil Street, Dover, Delaware
Narrative:
The Dover Police Department Safe Streets and Patrol Units arrested a wanted burglary suspect in possession of a stolen handgun on Friday night. At approximately 10:58PM, officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Queen and Cecil Streets. Further investigation during the stop revealed that Emilio Freeman, 23, was wanted by the Delaware State Police (Troop 3) for a burglary. Freeman was taken into custody without incident. A search of his vehicle led to the discovery of a .40 caliber Glock handgun where Freeman was seated. It was later learned that the handgun had been stolen 3 days prior in a theft from a vehicle in the Dover area.
Emilio Freeman was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in lieu of $20,000 secure bond on the following charges:
-Receiving Stolen Firearm
-Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited
-Possession of Ammunition by Person Prohibited
-Burglary Warrant (Delaware State Police Troop 3)

Incident #: 50-15-7627 Date/Time: Friday, March 27, 2015 at 4:36AM
Location: Unit Block of North Governors Avenue, Dover, DE
Narrative:
On Friday, March 27th at 4:36AM, the Dover Police Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime Unit attempted to contact Thomas Clark (27) in the area of North Governors Avenue. Clark fled from officers on foot and was caught after a lengthy foot pursuit. Officers observed Clark drop an item while he ran, and when they returned to search the path that Clark ran, they discovered a Glock 9mm handgun, loaded with 13 rounds of ammunition and an obliterated serial number. Clark was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 7, where he was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of $10,500 cash for the following charges:
-Possession of Firearm with Altered/Obliterated Serial Number
-Possession of Deadly Weapon by Person Prohibited (Previous Felony Conviction)
-Resisting Arrest

The Dover Police Department responded to 10 shoplifting calls between Noon on March 19th and Noon on March 26th. Of those 10 shoplifting complaints, four are still under investigation and arrests were made/warrants obtained in six cases. A total of six adults were arrested or have warrants for their arrest during this period.

Location: 100 Block of South Bradford Street, Dover, DE
Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has arrested a Dover man after he broke into a residence on South Bradford Street on Sunday morning. At approximately 1:50AM, the residents arrived home to find Thomas Fleetwood (50), holding their computer and various food items from their fridge. The victims called 911 and Fleetwood charged the male victim and began to assault him. Officers from the Dover Police Department soon arrived and took Fleetwood into custody. Fleetwood is being held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $6,500 secured bond after being charged with the following crimes:
-1st Degree Burglary
-Attempted Theft
-Criminal Mischief
-Assault 3rd Degree

Location: Paradise Tans, 554 Garton Road, Dover,DE
Narrative:
The Dover Police Department is investigating an early morning burglary of Paradise Tans located at 554 Garton Road. At approximately 1:40AM, an unknown suspect broke out a side window using a piece of concrete. Once inside, the suspect removed the cash register that contained an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the area. It is believed the suspect injured themselves during the burglary as there were small droplets of blood found at the scene.
