The Dover Police Department responded to 23 shoplifting calls between Noon on April 9th and Noon on April16th. Of those 23 shoplifting complaints, seven are still under investigation, three were unfounded complaints, and arrests were made or warrants obtained in thirteen cases. A total of fifteen adults were arrested or are currently wanted from this time period.
