Narrative:
A Dover woman was arrested with a total of 23 bags of heroin and .6 grams of marijuana during a traffic stop on Wednesday night. Teresa Pettyjohn was stopped by Dover police in the area of Fulton and New Streets at 11:50PM for a registration violation. After further investigation, officers learned that Pettyjohn was wanted on an active capias (bench warrant). After taking Pettyjohn into custody, officers discovered 2 bags of heroin inside of her purse and an additional 21 bags of heroin and .6 grams of marijuana on her person. Pettyjohn was released on $2550.00 secured bond after being charged with the following crimes:
-Possession of a Controlled Substance with Aggravating Factor (Heroin)
-Possession of Marijuana with Aggravating Factor
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
-Various Traffic Offenses

Narrative:
Prior to the search warrant and discovery of 591 bags of heroin belonging to Eric Gray, the Dover Police Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime Unit (DVOC) and Probation and Parole Officers assigned to Safe Streets Task Force, observed Gray conduct two separate drug transactions. Dillion Parrish (24), of Wyoming, DE, was arrested shortly after purchasing 8 bags of heroin from Eric Gray. A short time later, officers observed Gray contact two vehicles on the Water Street Alley, at which time all parties were contacted and detained by officers. Theresa Butcher (40) and Heather Grow (24) were found to be in possession of 26 bags of heroin. In addition, Grow was found to be in possession of $3,251.00 in cash which was seized by the department. Javon Richardson was contacted in his vehicle and found to be in possession of .7 grams of crack cocaine.

Narrative:
The Dover Police Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime (DVOC) Unit arrested a Dover man for dealing heroin on Tuesday evening. At approximately 6:32PM, officers conducting surveillance in the area of 455 New Castle Avenue observed Eric Gray (22) conduct two separate drug transactions. Gray was taken into custody during the second transaction without incident. Dover Police then obtained a search warrant for the residence and located 591 bags of heroin and seized a total of $2,724.00 in suspected drug proceeds. Eric Gray was charged with the following crimes:
-Possession of Heroin (Tier 5 Qty)
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Eric Gray was committed to JTVCC in default of $70,000 cash bond.
