The Dover Police Department responded to 23 shoplifting calls between Noon on May 14th and Noon on May 21st. Of those 23 shoplifting complaints, 10 are still under investigation, four were unfounded, and 9 arrests/warrants obtained were made in 9 cases. A total of 7 adults and 2 juveniles were arrested during this period.
