Man Wanted in Armed Robbery of Two Women 8-26-15

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department have obtained a warrant for the arrest of Jaimere Wayman (20) after determining he was the suspect in an armed robbery of two women on Tuesday night. At approximately 9:45PM, Wayman approached two female victims with a knife and handgun and demanded a purse that was in their possession. He then fled the area as police arrived. During a search of the area, police located the purse and a handgun. Wayman was not located and is currently wanted on the following charges:
-First Degree Robbery
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Possession of a Firearm During Commission of A Felony
-Aggravated Menacing
-Resisting Arrest

Counselor Arrested for Having Sexual Relations with 16-Year-Old Patient 8-24-15

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has charged a 30-year-old drug and alcohol counselor with twelve counts of 4th Degree Rape, 12 counts of Sexual Abuse of a Child by Person of Trust, two counts of providing alcohol to a minor, and continuous sexual abuse of a child. An investigation revealed that Rebecca Adams, who was working for Crossroads of Delaware at the time of the incidents, was having ongoing sexual relations with a 16-year-old male patient during a three month period from June 1st-August 15th of 2015. The incidents occurred in multiple locations inside and outside of the Dover area during that time span. Crossroads of Delaware has been cooperative with the investigation by the Dover Police Department. Adams was committed to Baylor Women’s Correctional Center in default of $29,200 secured bond.

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department is investigating a residential burglary that occurred in the 700 block of Minima Street between 10:00PM on Saturday, August 22nd and 4:20AM on Sunday, August 23rd. During that time an unknown suspect entered a residence through an unsecured window. Once inside, the suspect stole an Xbox game system, a 42″ television, 50 xbox games, a Porter Cable drill set, a Dremmel tool, and a large tool-box of Snap-On Tools. There is currently no suspect information available.

The Dover Police Department is investigating a residential burglary that occurred in the unit block of South Governors Avenue between 11:00AM and 11:50PM on Friday, August 21st. During that time-frame an unknown suspect entered the residence through a rear door and removed three firearms, multiple swords, and knives. At this time no suspect information is available.

Man Arrested with Handgun and Heroin After Fight 8-24-15

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department responded to a call of subject fighting at the Hollywood Diner on Saturday morning at 2:24AM. As officers arrived on scene, dispatchers advised that a gold Buick had just fled the scene after a subject displayed a handgun. Officers located the vehicle shortly after and conducted a vehicle stop. During the stop, officers discovered a 9mm handgun and heroin belonging to Lewis Cobb (34) of Dover, DE. Cobb was charged with the following offenses:
-Carry Concealed Deadly Weapon
-Possession of Heroin
-Possession of Drug paraphernalia
Cobb was released on an unsecured bond by Justice of the Peace Court 7.
