Narrative:

The Dover Police Department is investigating a residential burglary that occurred during the day on Tuesday.  Between 12:10PM and 12:23PM, and unknown suspect entered a residence in the 900 Block of White Oak Road through an unlocked window.  Once inside, the suspect removed several articles of jewelry and fled the residence.  There is no suspect description at this time.

Sex Offender Wanted for Failure to Register 1-6-16

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department Sex Offender Enforcement Unit has issued a warrant for Christopher J. Forster (36) for Failure to Re-Register.  Forster, who originally listed a home in the Liberty Court development (1289 Walker Road, Dover, DE) as his address, no longer resides there, and failed to register a new address with the State Bureau of Identification.  If you are aware of Forster’s whereabouts, please contact the Dover Police Department at 302-736-7111.
