Two Charged in Residential Burglary and Assault 6-20-17

Narrative:

Two men were arrested following a residential burglary and assault.  The incident occurred at 12:07AM at Pine Grove Apartments, when Stanley Delius (24), Ronaldo Fleury (27), and a third unknown suspect forced their way into an apartment while armed with a baseball bat and two knives.  Once inside, the suspects assaulted a 29-year-old male victim, causing a laceration to the victim’s foot and a facial contusion.  Delius and Fleury were located and arrested by Dover Police Department at Delius’ residence, which is also in Pine Grove Apartments.

Both Delius and Fleury were charged with the following offenses:
-Burglary 1st Degree
-Possession of Deadly Weapon During Commission of a Felony
-Assault 2nd Degree
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
Stanley Delius was released after posting $4,500 secured bond.  Ronaldo Fleury was released on $28,000 unsecured bond.

Arrest Made in Four Burglary Cases 6-20-17

 

Anthony Hogan (38), of Dover, is awaiting extradition for several burglaries in the Dover area, as well as other jurisdictions in Delaware.  During the week of April 20th-27th, 2017, the Dover Police Department investigated three burglaries and one attempted burglary at area convenience stores.  On April 22nd, 2017, the Harrington (DE) Police Department also investigated a burglary of a cigarette outlet and were able to identify Hogan as the suspect in their case.  Dover Police detectives were able to link Hogan to the series of burglaries that occurred in Dover during the week of April 20th-27th.  Hogan is also responsible for burglaries being investigated by the Delaware State Police, Harrington Police, Smyrna Police, and Middletown Police.  On June 19th, 2017, Hogan was arrested by the New Jersey State Police in Camden, NJ and is currently awaiting extradition to Delaware.

Hogan will be charged in the following cases:
DOT Discount Burglary on April 22, 2017
DOT Discount Burglary on April 27, 2017
-Valero Burglary (530 N. DuPont Hwy) on April 20th where $800 in cigarettes were stolen
-Attempted Burglary at 1005 College Road on April 22nd where suspect fled after breaking the front door glass
