Narrative:
The Dover Police Department arrested a 28-year-old man after he robbed a 71-year-old woman on Sunday afternoon. At approximately 1:05PM, the female victim withdrew an undisclosed amount of cash from the drive-up ATM at the Dover Federal Credit Union. When she received the money, Joshua Lewis, entered her vehicle through the passenger side door and displayed a large knife, demanding the money. Lewis told the vicitm to drive him to another location, but fled on foot when he observed several other vehicles in the area. Witnesses advised officers that Lewis fled to a room in the Super Lodge across the highway at 246 N. DuPont Highway. Officers contacted Lewis and he was taken into custody. Joshua Lewis was committed on $77,750 secured bond to JTVCC on the following charges:
-Carjacking 1st Degree
-Robbery 1st Degree
-Possession of Deadly Weapon During Commission of Felony
-Possession of Deadly Weapon by Person Prohibited

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department, with assistance from the Delaware State Police and Delaware Probation and Parole, executed a search warrant in the 100 Block of Kirkwood Street on Thursday, August 3rd. The search warrant was the result of a drug investigation at the residence. As a result of the search warrant, officers located 2.649 grams of heroin, .3 grams crack cocaine, .7 grams of marijuana, and a .22 caliber handgun.
