Narrative:
The Dover Police Department arrested Khalil Bratton on drug and firearms charges on Saturday morning. At approximately 2:31AM, officers responded to the 100 block of S. Queen Street for a report of a subject with a firearm. Upon arrival, officers observed Bratton flee from the rear of a residence. Bratton was taken into custody a short time later and found to be in possession of six individual baggies containing what appeared to be cocaine and a loaded .22 caliber handgun magazine. Officers checked Bratton’s path of travel from when he initially ran and found a .22 caliber handgun.
Bratton was released on $1,500 unsecured bond on the following offenses:
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited
-Possession of a Controlled/Counterfeit substance
