Man Robbed Leaving House Party on Paradee Drive 3-18-2018

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department has arrested one suspect and is seeking a second in connection with a robbery that occurred on Paradee Drive. Sometime between 11:30PM on March 16th and 1:00AM on March 17th, a 20-year-old male victim was leaving a house party in the area, when he was approached by two suspects (later identified as Thomas Bolden (19) and Heivyn Johnson (female 15)). Both suspects displayed handguns and took the suspects jewelry.  Thomas Bolden was taken into custody on March 18th, 2018 by without incident. He was arraigned and issued a $11,000 secured bail  and was released after posting same on the following charges:
-Robbery 1st Degree
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree

Man Shot During Armed Robbery on S. Governors Avenue 3-18-2018

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department is investigating a robbery and shooting that left a man wounded in his leg on Saturday morning.  A 29-year-old male victim was walking in the area of S. Governors Avenue and W. Division Street at approximately 6:04AM, when he was approached by an unknown black male suspect.  The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded the victim’s money.  The victim initially stated he did not have anything and the suspect fired a shot, striking the victim in the upper leg. The suspect then took an undisclosed amount of cash and the victim’s shoes before fleeing the area.  The victim was transported to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.  The suspect was only described as a black make with all black clothing.
