The Dover Police Department arrested Darrell Wilson (49) for 1st Degree Robbery of a 60-year-old woman on Monday night.  At approximately 9:00PM Wilson confronted the female victim in the parking lot of Luther Towers with a knife and demanded money.  The victim told Wilson she did not have any money and he entered the passenger side of her vehicle and forced her to go to a nearby ATM and withdrawal an undisclosed amount of cash.  The suspect then made the victim drop him off in the downtown area of Dover.  Responding officers reviewed surveillance footage and were able to obtain Wilson’s description.  At approximately 12:30AM, the victim was outside smoking and observed the suspect in the lobby of her building and notified police. Wilson was seen on video returning to Luther Towers and entering an apartment on video as well.  Officers responded to the apartment and arrested Wilson without incident.
