Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 32-year-old woman. Crimson Vigil was last seen in the area of Welch Drive between at approximately 1:30AM on Saturday, May 12th. Vigil has since made statements to persons known to her that are concerning in regards to her health and safety.
