Narrative:
Dover – The Dover Police Department arrested a Bayhealth Kent General Hospital employee on theft and drug related charges on Tuesday, November 27th. Public Safety officers from the hospital learned of suspected drug thefts from a pharmacy at the hospital and notified police. As a result of the investigation, it was learned that Paul Davis (48) was stealing several prescription pills while working in the pharmacy for the past year. Davis was arrested at his Felton residence without incident on November 27th.
Davis was released on $72,000 unsecured bond on the following charges:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Tier 4 Prescription Pills
-Acquire or Obtain Possession of Prescription Pills by Theft (4x)

Narrative:
Dover – The Dover Police Department arrested Samuel Seymour III on drug charges following a traffic stop on Tuesday afternoon. Officers attempted to stop Seymour in the area of North Caroline Place and Greenway Lane for a cell phone violation. Officers observed Seymour attempting to tuck/hide items while he attempted to flee. Seymour was stopped and found to be in possession of 6.7 grams of MDMA and 4.3 grams of cocaine.
Seymour was released on $23,201 unsecured bond on the following charges:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver 2x (MDMA/Cocaine)
-Tampering with Physical Evidence
-Resisting Arrest
-Drug Paraphernalia
-Traffic Violation
