Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 18-year-old. Charles Kleinbard was last seen on Monday, November 26th at approximately 12:00PM leaving an apartment in the 800 Block of Isabelle Aisle. Kleinbard suffers from a condition that may pose a threat to his well-being if not monitored properly. Kleinbard was described as a white, hispanic male, 5’9″, 119 pounds, with short brown hair.
