Narrative: Dover – The Dover Police Department and Delaware Probation and Parole arrested Gary Stanley (34) on several drug and firearm charges during a search warrant on Wednesday morning. Officers executed a search warrant at Stanley’s residence in the 300 Block of William Street as a result of a drug investigation. Officers seized the following items during the search:
-6.8 grams of crack cocaine
-1,096.1 grams of marijuana
-90 doses of Oxycodone
-9mm handgun
-packaging material/paraphernalia
Stanley was committed to SCI in default of $123,500 secured bond on the following offenses:
-Possession of a Firearm During Commission of Felony
-Possession of Firearm/Ammo by Person Prohibited (3x)
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-Possession of Marijuana
-Possession of Oxycodone
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Oxycodone
-Drug Paraphernalia
