Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department is investigating a robbery that occurred on the Unit Block of S. New Street on Monday night.  At approximately 8:58PM, a 22-year-old male victim that was delivering food to a location in that area was paid with a counterfeit $20 bill.  Recognizing the bill was fake, he approached the suspect, who displayed a firearm and demanded the victim’s money.  The suspect then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.  The victim was not physically harmed during the incident.  The suspect was described as a black male, approximately 5’10”, with all dark clothing, and in his 20’s.
