Search by Delaware Probation leads to Drug Charges for Dover Man 2-5-2019

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department is charged 48-year-old Gerald Landry with several drug offenses following an Administrative Search  by Delaware Probation and Parole.  During that Administrative Search at a residence in the 400 Block of Phoenix Drive, officers located a safe that had a strong odor of marijuana coming from it.  Officers removed the safe and obtained a separate search warrant to open it.  Inside the safe, officers located 25.7 grams of cocaine, 22.5 grams of crack cocaine, 184.5 grams of marijuana, and $20,267.46 in drug proceeds.

Landry was issued a $54,500 unsecured bond on the following charges but was committed to SCI on a probation violation:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine
-Possession of Cocaine
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-Possession of Marijuana
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
