Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 14-year-old. Tatiana Turner was reported missing by her family on Saturday, March 16th at approximately 5:45PM following a family disagreement. Turner was last seen wearing a green sweater, pink pants, and white shoes with a floral design on them. She is described as being 5,5″, 185 lbs., with black hair in a mohawk style, and brown eyes. Turner has a condition that may present health or safety concerns if not properly treated/maintained.
