Two Arrested on Drug Charges After Officers Witness Drug Sale 4-11-2019

Narrative: 

Two men were arrested on drug charges after officers observed them conducting drug transactions on Tuesday morning.  While conducting surveillance in the area of Walker Road and Ann Avenue, officers observed Jordan carter (23) and Jhashawn Landry (22) conduct a drug transaction.  The pair then left the area and conducted a second transaction ad were then contacted by police.  Landry and Carter were found to be in possession of 20 grams of crack cocaine, 4.9 grams of marijuana, and one dose of ecstasy. 

Jordan Carter was charged with the following offenses:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine
-Possession of Crack Cocaine
-Delivery of Marijuana
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Drug Paraphernalia

Jhashawn Landry was charged with the following offenses:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine
-Possession of Crack Cocaine
-Possession of Ecstasy
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Drug Paraphernalia

Residential Burglary on Pebble Valley Drive 4-11-2019

Narrative: 

The Dover police Department is investigating a residential burglary that occurred in the 200 Block of Pebble Valley Drive.  Between 11:00PM on April 9th and 5:00AM on April 10th, an unknown suspect entered an open garage door at the residence and took items from inside of the victim’s vehicle.  The suspect then entered the home and took multiple items from the first floor, including car keys.  The suspect then fled the residence.  Several items were located in the wooded area south of the residence and given back to the owner.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Dover Police Department at (302)736-7130.
