Arrest Made in Allure Night Club Shooting 6-7-2019

UPDATE:
The Dover Police Department has arrested Naquan Ingram (35) for the June 2nd shooting that occurred at Allure Night Club.  Ingram was identified by officers who obtained video surveillance from the area that the incident occurred.  Ingram was arrested without incident at the Dover Probation and Parole office by the U.S. Marshal’s First State Fugitive Task Force on June 6th, 2019 and committed to SCI in default of $174,000 cash bond on the following charges:
-Assault 1st Degree
-Reckless Endangering 1st Degree
-Carry Concealed Deadly Weapon
-Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited
-Illegal Gang Participation

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a 38-year-old male injured as he was leaving Allure Night Club.  Dover Police were notified by staff at a nearby hospital that a gunshot victim had arrived by private vehicle to the emergency room.  Officers learned that as the victim was leaving Allure Night Club, he observed a group of people arguing, and heard gunfire.  At that time, the victim was struck in the upper torso and was then transported to the hospital by a friend.  The victim’s injuries were considered non-life threatening.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Dover Police Department at (302)736-7130. One Arrested, 2nd Suspect Sought on Drug and Gun Charges from Frear Drive Investigation 6-7-2019

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department with the assistance of Delaware Probation and Parole arrested 27-year-old Nathaniel Hampton on Thursday afternoon on drug and gun charges. following an investigation.  Hampton was contacted by officers in the 300 Block of Frear Drive at approximately 5:35PM and fled on foot from officers, but was apprehended quickly.  Officers then conducted a search warrant at Hampton’s residence and located 595.1 grams of marijuana, paraphernalia, and a .25 caliber handgun with an obliterated serial number.  

Hampton, who was out on bail on charges stemming from a January 2019 incident on Frear Drive, had his bail revoked from that incident and was committed to SCI in default of an additional $64,000 Secured Bond on the following new charges:
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-Possession of Marijuana
-Possession of Firearm with Obliterated Serial Number
-Possession of Firearm During Commission Felony
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Drug Paraphernalia
-Resisting Arrest
-Endangering the Welfare of a Child (4x)

Hampton’s 34-year-old girlfriend, Vanessa Leon, is currently wanted by Dover Police on the following charges:
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-Possession of Marijuana
-Possession of Firearm with Obliterated Serial Number
-Possession of Firearm During Commission Felony
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Drug Paraphernalia
-Endangering the Welfare of a Child (4x)
