Narrative:
The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on Saturday night. Officers were notified of the incident when a 41-year-old male was dropped off by an unknown subject(s) at Kent General Hospital with a gunshot wound to the hip. The injury is non-life threatening. The victim advised he was shot when a group of subjects began to fight in the area of S. New Street and Reed Street. The victim did not provide any further information about the incident.
