Five Arrested on Firearms and Gang Participation Charges 11-7-2019

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department, Delaware State Police, and Delaware Probation and Parole recently worked together to arrest two suspects on drug, gun, and gang charges.  As a result of that investigation, Dover Police were able to obtain warrants on firearms and gang participation charges for the following suspects:
Michael Taylor (21) of Camden, DE
Tywon Peace (21) of Dover, DE
Marquan Richardson (27) of Dover, DE
Anthony Trower (29) of Dover, DE
Deontray Watson (18) of Dover, DE

On October 31st, 2019, Tywon Peace was arrested without incident and committed to Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on a $8,000 cash bond on the following charges:
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited
-Illegal Gang Participation

On November 4th, 2019, Michael Taylor was arrested without incident and committed to SCI on a $10,500 cash bond on the following charges:
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited (6x)
-Illegal Gang Participation (2x)

On November 5th, 2019, officers from the Dover Police Department and US Marshals First State Fugitive Task Force arrested Richardson, Trower, and Watson on a vehicle stop without incident.

Watson was committed to SCI on a $13,000 cash bond on the following charges:
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited
-Illegal Gang Participation

Trower was committed to SCI on a $23,000 cash bond on the following charges:
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited (2x)
-Illegal Gang Participation

Marquan Richardson was found to be in possession of heroin when arrested and was committed to SCI on a $22,200 cash bond on the following offenses:
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited
-Illegal Gang Participation
-Possession of Heroin
-Drug Paraphernalia

Two Arrested on Drug Charges During Administrative Search 11-7-2019

Location:  100 Block of Thames Drive, Dover, DE

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department arrested two suspects on several drug charges on Tuesday evening in the 100 Block of Thames Drive.  Officers from the Dover Police Department assisted Delaware Probation and Parole on an Administrative Search Warrant at a residence where Martin Green (29) was living.  During the search, officers located 4,225 bags of heroin, 28.1 grams of crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and $16,337 in drug proceeds.  Alexis Jones (27) was also arrested as a result of the search.

 

 

 

 

 

Martin Green was committed to SCI on a $81,600 bond on the following offenses:
-Possession of Heroin
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin
-Possession of Crack Cocaine
-Possession with intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Drug Paraphernalia

Alexis Jones was released on a $81,600 unsecured bond on the following offenses:
-Possession of Heroin
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin
-Possession of Crack Cocaine
-Possession with intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Drug Paraphernalia
