Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department arrested Letina Gibbs on gun charges during a traffic stop on Friday night.  At approximately 11:03PM, officers stopped Gibbs in the area of Forrest Avenue and George Washington Drive.  During the stop, officers discovered a handgun and marijuana inside of the vehicle.  Gibbs was arrested without incident and charged with:
-Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony
-Carry Concealed Deadly Weapon
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited
-Possession of Marijuana
-Drug Paraphernalia

Gibbs was released on an O.R. Bond.

Location:  1700 Block of N. DuPont Highway, Dover, DE

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department assisted Delaware Probation and Parole with an administrative search on Friday afternoon that resulted in several drug charges for two men.  At approximately 12:26, officers responded to a hotel in the 1700 Block of N. DuPont Highway and observed Cory Caldwell (35) and Vincent Walls (39) leaving.  A short time later, both were taken into custody without incident.  A search of the hotel room the two were in resulted in the seizure of 415.7 grams of cocaine, 2.73 grams of heroin, 4.9 grams of marijuana, 2 ecstasy pills, drug paraphernalia, and $4,528 in drug proceeds.  

Cory Caldwell and Vincent Walls were both committed to SCI on $28,100 cash bonds on the following offenses:
-Possession of Cocaine
-Possession of Heroin
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine
-Possession of MDMA
-Possession of Marijuana
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Drug Paraphernalia
