Summary:
The Dover Police Department is issuing a gold alert for a missing 48-year-old woman. Kelly Dean was being treated at Bayhealth Kent General Hospital for a medical condition when she made statements that are concerning for her well being. Dean fled from the hospital and has not been located. She was last seen at the hospital at approximately 3:30 p.m. wearing black pants, a Nike hat, and white shoes. Dean is a white female, approximately 5’11”, and 150 pounds.
