Narrative:
The Dover Police Department is investigating a residential burglary that occurred on December 26th. Sometime between 12:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m., an unknown suspect made entry into the residence by breaking the rear glass door. Once inside, the suspect stole several jewelry items before fleeing. No further information is available at this time.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Dover Police Department at (302)736-7130. Callers may remain anonymous. Narrative:
The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting incident that damaged three vehicle and an occupied residence in the Capital Green community on Monday evening. At approximately 6:15 p.m., officers responded to the area for several reports of shots fired. Upon arrival the officers located three damaged vehicles and were informed of a residence that was also struck. The residence was occupied by five people at the time of the shooting. No injuries occurred as a result of the incident.
