Narrative:
The Dover Police Department arrested Raymond Lebeau Jr. (39) after threatening juveniles with a weapon on Thursday morning. Officers responded to his home in the 100 Block of Quail Hollow Drive for a disturbance at approximately 9:06 a.m. Upon arrival, they learned that a mother and two daughters rented a room from Lebeau. Another tenant in the home slammed a door inside of the residence, upsetting Lebeau. As he was yelling in the home, the 16-year-old child asked Lebeau to calm down because he was upsetting her 8-year-old sister. At that time, Lebeau stated he would harm both children with weapons. Leabeau then retrieved what was believed to be a black handgun and placed it against the 8-year-old’s head and threatened to shoot her.
