Narrative:
Between January 27th-February 4th, 2021, the Dover Police Department took several reports of criminal mischief to nine vehicles that were parked at various locations in the downtown area. The suspect slashed tires on each of these vehicles, causing nearly $4,000 in total damages. Downtown surveillance cameras showed a black male suspect puncturing tires. Randal Williams (37) was later identified as the suspect and warrants were obtained for his arrest. On February 8th, 2021, Williams turned himself in at he Dover Police Department.
Williams was released on an O.R. bond on the following offenses:
-Criminal Mischief (9x)
-Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree
-Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree
