Narrative:
The Dover Police Department arrested a 36-year-old man from Philadelphia during a search warrant stemming from a drug investigation. Officers executed the search warrant at a room at the Dover Inn on Thursday afternoon. Malik Sutton was arrested without incident. During the search, officers located:
-30.1 grams of Fentanyl
-63.2 grams of Crack Cocaine
-57.1 grams of PCP
-114.9 grams of Marijuana
-9mm handgun (loaded)
-$7,904 in Drug Proceeds (cash)
Sutton was released after posting a $44,000 secured bond on the following charges:
- Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Felony
- Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited with Drugs
- Possession of a Firearm with Obliterated Serial Number
- Possession with Intent to Deliver Fentanyl (Tier 3)
- Possession with Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine (Tier 3)
- Possession with Intent to Deliver PCP (Tier 3)
- Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
- Possession of Fentanyl (Tier 3)
- Possession of Crack Cocaine (Tier 3)
