Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Alexandra Baker (16). Baker was last seen leaving her residence in the 400 Block of Northdown Drive on Tuesday morning. Baker is a black female, 4’10”, 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, and possibly wearing a black jacket. Baker made statements prior to leaving her residence that are concerning for her safety.

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department arrested Travis Ostan (19) on firearms and drug charges during a traffic stop on Sunday morning. At approximately 2:10 a.m., officers stopper Ostan for a motor vehicle violation in the area of White Oak Road and North DuPont Highway. During the stop, officers smelled a strong odor of marijuana and observed paraphernalia in plain view. During a search of the vehicle, a 9mm handgun was located under the driver seat. In addition to the firearm, officers also located a total of 7 Oxycodone pills and a digital scale.
Ostan was committed to SCI on a $27,653 cash bail on the following offenses: -Possession of Deadly Weapon During Commission of Felony -Possession of Deadly Weapon by Person Prohibited -Drug Paraphernalia -Carry Concealed Deadly Weapon -Possession of Oxycodone -Possession of Marijuana -Motor Vehicle Violations

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department arrested two suspects on firearms charges on Wednesday afternoon after receiving a report of shots being fired in the 800 Block of West North Street/Area of Simon Circle. After responding to the area after receiving multiple calls reporting shots fired, officers reviewed surveillance footage and were able to identify a residence that the suspect(s) fled into. After obtaining a search warrant, officers called the occupants of the home outside and took them into custody without incident. A search of the home led to the recovery of two handguns inside the residence.
Kaharri Jackson (19-year-old male) was arrested and charged with the following offenses: -Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony -Reckless Endangering 1st Degree (3x) -Tampering with Physical Evidence
A 15-year-old male suspect was charged with the following offenses: -Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited (juvenile) -Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony -Tampering with Physical Evidence
