Gold Alert Issued for Missing Dover Man 2-1-2022

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Dustin Gondeck.  Gondeck was reported missing by family on February 1st, 2022 and was last seen January 27th, 2022.  Gondeck is diagnosed with a condition that is cause for concern for his health and has made previous statements to family and friends that are concerning for his safety as well.  Gondeck is a white male, 5’10”, 165 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.  Gondeck was last seen wearing a tan Carhartt jacket, a baseball cap, and an unknown color sweatshirt and pants.  Gondeck also has large ear gages and a tattoo that reads “Suicide Silence” on his face.

Traffic Stop Leads to Gun Charges

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department arrested George Coulter on weapons charges during a traffic stop on Tuesday morning. Officers stopped Coulter for a motor vehicle violation in the 200 Block of S. DuPont Highway at approximately 1:51 a.m. on February 1st, 2022. When they contacted Coulter, they observed the barrel of a handgun sticking out from the center console. Officers detained Coulter without incident and retrieved the loaded firearm.

Coulter was released on an O.R. bond after being charged with Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon.
