Narrative:
The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that damaged an occupied home and a vehicle on Wednesday evening. Officers responded to the 100 Block of North Halsey Road after a 22-year-old male victim advised that he heard multiple gunshots. The victim’s house was struck multiple times while occupied by the victim and family members. In addition to the home, an unoccupied vehicle in the unit block of North Halsey Road was also struck by gunfire.
