Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Marshay Johnson, a 28-year-old female of Smryna, DE. Johnson suffers from a condition that may pose a risk to her health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Johnson is described as a black female, 5’2″, approximately 140 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes. Johnson was last seen leaving Bayhealth Kent Campus, 640 South State Street, Dover, DE at approximately 10:21 p.m.. At the time, she was wearing a maroon shirt and camouflage pants.

UPDATE – Victim In South Bradford Street Homicide Identified

**UPDATE – VICTIM IDENTIFIED** The Dover Police Department continues to investigate the homicide that occurred yesterday, October 16th, on South Bradford Street. The victim in this case has been identified as Jesse Holley (29) of Dover, Delaware.

Narrative: The Dover Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred early Sunday morning on South Bradford Street. The investigation began at approximately 1:12 a.m., when Dover Police received a call for a shooting in the 100 block of South Bradford Street. Upon arrival, officers and medical personnel located the victim, a 29-year-old male, with a gun shot wound to his lower body. First responders began providing medical attention to the victim and he was transported to Bayhealth Kent Campus, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The name of the victim is being withheld until next of kin has been notified.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Dover Police Department at (302)736-7130.  Callers may remain anonymous.  Tips may also be submitted to law enforcement through Delaware Crime Stoppers at 800-TIP-3333 or online at delaware.crimestoppersweb.com; a cash reward is possible for information leading to an arrest.
