Narrative: The Dover Police Department is investigating a shots fired complaint that resulted in a vehicle being damaged. The investigation began when Dover Police officers heard gun shots in the area of New Burton Road and Waples Avenue. Officers checked the area and were contacted by the victim, a 38-year-old male from Hartly, who advised that his vehicle was struck by gunfire while he was driving, causing damage. There is no suspect description available at this time.
