The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Jennifer Yingling, 53, of Clayton, DE. Yingling suffers from a condition that may pose a risk to her health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Yingling is described as a white female, 5’4″, 140 pounds, blonde hair and hazel eyes. Yingling was last seen in the 800 block of North DuPont Highway Dover, DE. At the time, she was wearing a light colored long sleeve shirt with blue jeans and was operating a gray 2018 Jeep Compass, Delaware registration PC51710.

Narrative:Â The Dover Police Department has arrested Tre’avon Anderson, 31, of Dover, on robbery charges following an incident Monday evening. The investigation began at 4:30 p.m., when Dover Police Department was called for the report of a shoplifting at Boscov’s. Officers responded and contacted an employee of the store and learned the following. Anderson concealed merchandise from the store and left without paying for it. When confronted by an employee, Anderson punched the employee in the face, displayed a knife, and then ran from the store.
Anderson was located and taken into custody without incident. Officers located merchandise from Boscov’s and Bath and Body Works when he was taken into custody. Officers also located a folding knife on Anderson. Anderson was transported to Dover Police Department where he was processed and arraigned.
Anderson was committed to SCI on $22,100 cash bail on the following charges: -Robbery First Degree -Carrying a Concealed Deadly Instrument -Receiving Stolen Property Under $1,500 -Shoplifting Under $1,500
Anderson is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Narrative:Â The Dover Police Department has arrested Deontray Watson, 22, Exavier Lynch, 28, both of Dover, and Jayceir Fullman, 19, of Milford, on drug and firearm charges following a stop Monday afternoon. The Dover Police Department’s Drugs, Vice and Organized Crime Unit, in collaboration with Street Crimes and Delaware Probation and Parole, were conducting a drug and firearm investigation in the area of The Depot, 595 Forest Street Dover, DE. The investigation led Officers to contact a vehicle in the parking lot of the store, that was occupied by Watson, Lynch and Fullman. All of the defendants were taken into custody without incident. Officers located a 9mm handgun, 501 bags of heroin, and 1.6 grams of crack cocaine following a search of the vehicle. Officers also located a 9mm handgun concealed in Lynch’s waistband upon searching him. All of the defendants were transported to Dover Police Department where they were processed and arraigned.
Watson was committed to SCI on $60,000 cash bail on the following charges: -Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony -Possession of Firearm/Ammunition by a Person Prohibited (x2) -Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (x2) -Possession of a Controlled Substance (x2) -Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Lynch was released on $3,000 unsecured bail on the following charges: -Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
Fullman was released on $14,000 unsecured bail on the following charges: -Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance -Conspiracy Second Degree -Possession of a Controlled Substance
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
