Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Hai Van Nguyen, 79, of Dover. Nguyen was last seen at approximately 12:30 a.m. on the 17th, and there is a concern for his safety. Attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful. Nguyen is described as an Asian male, 5’5″, 164 pounds. He was last seen wearing an Eagles hat with a red shirt, brown pants, and gray slippers. Nguyen uses a blue walker to assist when he is walking.
