Narrative: The Dover Police Department arrested Antwan Freeman (44), of Dover, on drug and human trafficking charges on Friday, January 16th. Officers responded to the Bally’s casino regarding a reported physical altercation. During further investigation and a search of the hotel room, officers located:
-10.1 grams of Crack Cocaine
-3.63 grams of Heroin/Fentanyl
-57.6 grams of PCP
-19 doses of Alprazolam
-$465 in suspected drug proceeds
-Crack manufacturing equipment
As a result of the investigation, it was also determined that Freeman was trafficking an adult female victim that was in the room with him.
Freeman was arrested without incident and was with the following offenses:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver PCP
-Possession of PCP
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin
-Possession of Heroin
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine
-Possession of Crack Cocaine
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
-Trafficking an Individual
-Human Trafficking-Sexual Servitude
Freeman was committed to SCI on a $130,200 cash bond.

Narrative: The Dover Police Department arrested Alvin Rohm (62) of Dover on charges stemming from a January 6th incident. While a local school district employee was reviewing video while investigating an unrelated incident on a school bus, the employee discovered footage showing the driver (Rohm) picking up a female in the area of Governors Avenue at Loockerman Street, then proceeding to Jerusalem Way. Once parked in the area of Jerusalem Way, Rohm was shown engaging in sex acts with the female and exchanging money for same. Rohm is not employed by a school district and was employed by a contracted bus service.
The video was turned over to Dover Police where an investigation led to Rohm being arrested and charged with the following offenses:
–Patronizing a Prostitute within 1000 feet of School, Resident, Church or Place
–Lewdness
Rohm was arrested on January 12th without incident and released on an O.R. bond.

Narrative: The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Myles McClements (15), of Frederica. McClements was last seen at 7:30 a.m. when he arrived at Dover High School and has not been seen or heard from since. Attempts to contact or locate him have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for his safety and well-being. McClements is described as a white male, 5’7″, 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray Nike Hoodie, black cargo sweatpants, black New Balance Sneakers with white soles, and a black backpack. McClements resides in the Frederica, DE are. If you have any information on McClement’s whereabouts, please call 302-736-7111.

Location: Unit Block of Greenway Square Dover, DE

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Joseph Cotton, 73, of Dover, DE. Cotton was last seen in the unit block of Greenway Square sometime between January 9th and January 11th, 2026. It is unknown what he was wearing at the time. Attempts to contact him have been negative and there is a concern for his safety. Cotton is described as a white male, 5’11, 190, bald head and brown eyes.

Date/Time: Monday, January 12th, 2026 at 3:55 a.m.

Narrative: The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred early Monday morning. The investigation began at 3:55 a.m., when Dover Police was called to the unit block of South Governors Avenue in reference to shots fired. Upon arrival, Officers found evidence that a shooting had occurred. While Officers were on scene, a 24-year-old male of Dover showed up at Bayhealth Kent Campus with a gunshot wound to his lower body. Two other victims were contacted on scene and advised that they were shot at by two unknown suspects. Thankfully, they were not injured by gunfire.
There are no leads to release at this time.
