Narrative: The Dover Police Department is investigating a robbery that occurred on Friday evening. The investigation began at 5:43 p.m. Friday, when Dover Police responded to the 800 block of Carvel Drive in reference to the report of a robbery. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with the victim. The ensuing investigation revealed that the victim was delivering food in the area, and when he returned to his vehicle, there was a suspect in the driver’s seat. Three more suspects approached on foot, and one indicated he was in possession of a firearm. The suspects demanded that the victim turn over property. The victim ran away; however, the suspects stole items from his vehicle and left the area. The suspects are described as black males.
